Online help ?

Hi,

I'm planning to open a private server for a game called "perfect world", now I have a lot of information but I still need more, I'll never be perfect at this without online help, I need a way to contact someone via Skype or any messenger because I have too many questions which I can't post here.
If there's any website that offers online chatting with a professional ?
