I can't say enough good things about Registerfly (note: I;m not afiliated with them in any way shape or form). Their domain manager is extremely nice. You should sign up for an account, and look at the domain manager - you don't have to register a domain to see the manager.

Any registrar accepts paypal. Because paypal has a built in option to pay via a virtual credit card that takes from your paypal account.

So login to paypal and click "Shop anywhere". Then go to wherever you want and order your domain. Thats what I used to do.
