Hey,
I want a domain name with x.xx my budget between 300 to 500
domain must be no less than 6 months to expire
Extensions preferred ( if not have it its okay i'm just saying preferred nothing more ) :

Good luck in your search. The fact that you're looking for a single-char domain and an extension that's almost as limited will yield poor results, if any. Your budget will also extremely limit you. Good luck though.

I may be wrong here, but isn't the OP looking for a second level domain with ONE (1) character? And a top level domain with TWO (2) characters?
Example: A.TC
