Server is still available, the service tag does show still in warranty , but you need to check if warranty ownership requires transfer, however such transfer is not possible from us, as we did not purchase direct from Dell

If you do not know the details of the original owner, then warranty transfer of a Dell server is practically impossible (speaking from experience).
