Clarification on Guidelines?

Hi WHT folks,

It looks like from the forum guidelines that I can't post an offer here regarding a dedicated server I rent that I want to transfer to another person's account in exchange for a fraction of the setup fee. I am using a hosting provider that allows you to transfer a server to another account, including the full contract. I'm not releasing any more details than that because I don't want to get in trouble if this is against the rules.

My question is, would I be allowed to post the full offer in this part of the forum? The rules seem to point to commercial entities, but I am just an individual user trying to help out one other individual user. This is a one-time-only offer, and I'm representing myself only, and the time frame for this sale (if it were to happen) is rather short.

Anyway, if I'm not allowed to post it here, then I am curious what I would need to do to gain access to the dedicated hosting advertising forum. Do I have to sign up for a subscription, or will that part of the forum be available for creating new topics after my account is 7 days old? I think I'm pretty close to 7 days already, but not quite there...

Anyway, sorry for my ignorance but I'm not really understanding the rules. I won't post any details about price, system specs, hosting provider, etc. unless/until a moderator tells me it's OK to post it here.

Thank you for your attention.
