Bad, report them. If its WHMCS, go to www.whmcs.com and click on the Support -> Report.

The types of hosting companies that use nulled scripts to run their business aren't serious about their business to begin with and usually don't stay in business very long because they obviously don't have the money it takes to support it.
The hosting business is just like any other business... it takes money to make money.

Report them. This is a business, and any business violating the licensing rights of the author is stealing. Too bad for their customers but they should be doing their due diligence when choosing a host anyways.

I love you Bear.
To be honest it's nothing shocking - I consider the majority of hosting companies to be small turnkey operations similar to someone throwing up a forum (nulled or not) and forgetting about it.
I really wish the term "company" was actually held to some standard and not thrown around whenever someone registers a domain and puts up some HTML .

If one can't afford to have a paid billing solution also, I can't imagine how reliable his service would be.

LOL, me too!
Who'd consider doing business with a host that's using nulled scripts?

In my book nulled script = nulled business. If you buy hosting from them its like paying for stolen goods.

Totally agree. As I've mentioned in my post on the subject (under Hosting scripts section), if a 'business' cannot afford $15 for a license for the (probably) the best hosting and billing package then they shouldn't be in business.
If they can't afford the $15 and you host with them, who says they'll have the money for their next server bill?

This is the best answer in the thread - particularly with WHMCS... if you can't afford WHMCS of all things, you're no "company".

It's worse than that - screw the moral high-horse. How does the "CEO" who's got himself a nulled WHMCS and a reseller account know that the person who nulled the script didn't backdoor it? You sign up with them and who knows what information of yours ends up in a big batch on some forum being sold for pennies an entry?
I don't particularly care about piracy when I'm not involved, I'd run run run away out of pure self preservation.

Maybe someone should start a "wall of shame" website where these people can be flushed out.
fwaggle is right, there are real dangers to using a pirated billing script for actual transactions.
