Hi,

I'm looking for a South African based (according to GeoIP) VPS provider for local ads market data. Basicaly just a linux-host, no major requirements.

My searches for a VPS provider has come very short regarding providers that are based in South Africa. Both on this forum and using google.

Wonder if anyone has any advice on a stable provider in South Africa?

How much BW do you require?

The server will be cheap - but the BW will be VERY (and i mean VERY) expensive, usualy overrages are billed per _MEGABYTE_

Bandwidth requirement is pretty low. 1-2GB / month is maximum.

Their Servers seem to be based with Softlayer in the USA - not in South Africa, better check with the Support before ordering.

@Zhang: you're probably right based on the bandwidth within theirs plans it's not likely to be in South Africa.
