I can't ping my server at Dedicated Now nor their website for almost 30 minutes now....

Their website seems to work fine from here. No problem loading their website.
Maybe you try to contact them they might be in better position to solve your problem than us.

There had something go "wonky on core2" but I'm seeing no problems from the US but our UK based monitoring system says its all down

Now it's back up.... I had tried pinging and traceroute from 3 different servers and no go.
