the problem is that China increased the train speed to 300km/hour and all those tracks are public to those farmers and they cross tracks as slow as turtles, i am not surprised if there are any incidents in future.

The only way to get this sorted is to use plastic tubes to cover those tracks, i remember US, France and China are studying the vacuum tubes to make the train speed even faster to around 500km/hour.

The biggest resistance to higher speed is the wind drag. Vacuum tubes would taken train travel to the next level.
