We had purchased a massive server for a customer a few weeks ago, they've since backed out of our deal.

We are now sitting on about 15k in hardware, and need to simply move it out of here.

Specs on the server are as follows:

HP DL380 G6 Server
2 x X5550 Processors, 2.66 GHz Quad Cores
2 x 750Watt HE Power supplies
P410 RAID Card, 512MB Cache
2 x 146GB SAS dual-port drives
96GB 10666 HP RAM
2 x Emulex LPE1250-E 8Gbps Fiber Channel PCI 2.0 Cards

Again, we paid about $14,800 OTD for this server, brand new, but we are listening to all reasonable offers just to get this thing out of here. Save a boat load of cash on a brand new HP server.

16 SFF 2.5" disks max with the approprate expansion cage, can currently support 8 2.5" SFF drives. SAS or SATA.

I have a similar system with much less RAM for a client - HP really got these servers right.
