Need to credit and debit through customer checking accounts. Is achdirect.com any good?

They are good, so is Altcharge but it depends on the product. If it's mainstream then probably achdirect would have lower rates. If it's overseas, pharma, or high risk then Altcharge would be best. The difference is that Altcharge uses a decentralized system so they can do stuff like pharma without being subject to the same regulations other ACH places are.

Questions to consider:

How are you going to authorize the transaction? Hosted VR, third party VR? What product/service are you selling? Price point? How often do you need to obtain a payout? Method of selling, web, outbound tele, inbound tele?

How stable is your company?

What is a VR?

It will be a peer to peer selling network, sort of like ebay. I would do payout either once or twice a month for all balances. The company will be web based.

Hosted VR? is a third party that records and or qualifies the sales call. VR = Voice Recording

You need to have authorization from the customer to extract funds from their checking/savings account. Voice Recordings, written authorization or a click, I agree on a web site.
