Need a vBulletin expert to upgrade forum

I have a vbulletin forum that needs to be upgraded from 3.7.0 to 3.8.6. It is a moderately sized forum with a few mods. I would like, once upgraded, to have the styles and mods remain intact and functional. So basically the look should be the same, since the current admin doesn't have time to go in and re-customize everything.

Looking for a reliable, honest person who is adept at vBulletin upgrades. Please PM me a quote.
