They restrict the IP to the MAC address of the server.
But vmware spoofs MAC addresses, so it wont work.
Maybe if you explain that to them they can help you.

You will have to configure VMWare to utilize 'routed' mode instead of 'bridged' for networking... Hetzner restricts IPs by MAC addresses, so when in bridged mode, the traffic appears to source from alternative MAC addresses. In routed mode, the server will act as a switch of sorts, causing all traffic to source from it's MAC address.
You should be able to change this in the network settings.█ Daniel | Server Complete, LLC

I have been using vmware for a long time and I never heard of a "routed" mode, and a google search shows up nothing.
If it exists it sounds interesting.
VMWare has 3 modes: bridged, NAT, host-only.
Bridged is the only mode which you can use a real internet IP, but wont work on server providers like hetzner which lock IPs to the MAC address.
The other two modes uses private internal ip's like 10.0.0.1.
The OP is using windows, which doesnt have the capability to reroute internal IPs like you can with iptables on linux.

I believe the way it works in VMWare is that you utilize the Host-Only network type and then you can tweak the registry to enable IP forwarding in Windows.

Can you set the gateway of the VPS IP's to the the IP of the machine? I remember reading that you had to do that with Xen.
You can read about it here: http://howtoforge.com/how-to-enable-...s-debian-lenny
It might help.

I dont know how to do this in windows but what you have to do is enable IP forwarding and IP Masquerade in your host and then set static routes in your guests that will use the hosts IP as a GW. This way only 1 MAC will be visible on your hosts switch and you can use public IP's.

I dont understand very well what you are talking about.
When you say you add the IP in your server what do you mean? So choose your answer depending on what you asked
If you add the IP in one of the hosts interfaces then you cant use the IP in the VM.
If you set it up correctly and you can only see the VM from the host then it means
a) You havent setup IP Forwarding on the host
b) The Switch Port has to be flushed (its common for EU hosters to allow only 1-2 MAC's per port)
