Vibe graphics has got more than 500 pages and 150 back links in the website. As we are in 30’s, we have been working really hard on the activities to get stabled rank in 20’s.

Please suggest how we can increase our back links? What could be a smart push to get ranked on the first page?

I don't think your signature will help having exactly the same URL for 2 links.

Try "Web & Website Design"
Google's spiders ignore the little words like "and".

I'm not 100% sure but your signature could be holding things back. Try to put a few more keywords in there but only one link.

Edit: Adding on to the above - try to make your menu links a little more detailed - take an angle on trying to make them common search terms.

Personally I wouldn't use in my Google search term the word "design" I'd opt for "Template".
Maybe I am the only one so do not take my word for it - do some research

Well if you have the budget the try PPC and if do not then do off page seo and concentrate on bookmarking of your activities.

You really have to work hard to get in the first page. I suggest to create a good content for your site and write interesting article for your site.
