sorry, My account is suspended. I don't know why. I just doing backup from my old server to this new delimiter.us VPS. But less then 12 hours they suspend my VPS. I have contact them. But they answer in 2 days with they said "Looking for administratif support to check"
now it was 5 days my VPS suspended. And no answer. I need you refund my money. But if you don't want to refund that is ok. I think this is kind of new scam for me. I don't know about you all guys.

It seems like no interest in having new clients or they hide from answering real questions related to datacenter, equipment and facility related stuff.

I tried contacting them for 1 week. No answer, same question like you.
I'm looking for a decent, unexpensive VPS, compared to their offer, but with little communication more. Not looking for technical support, but just for common pre sales questions.
It seems like they are not listening, or they do it on purpose since they don't have the answers.
