one server in Chicago Datacenter which was hacked was disrupting network,they disconnected it, then terminate the server without client's agreement.

Tried many ways to resolve this issue, they refused to let client get back data.

Looks like FDC terminated your server due to abuse.

Only them can solve it for you.

I think they suspended your server due to disrupting their network. You should wait a few days and ask them to reconnect your server to get your data back.

If it was hacked I highly doubt they will enable it again so he can back-up his data.
Maybe they can do a reinstall and restore his data, but I'm sure they will charge extra for this, if it's not yet too late.

they have said any and all data on the server must be lost.

the result is that they will reformat whole HDD and don't let one backup Data. even terminated the server without my agreement.

Have you tried contacting them and confirming with them if the data is still on the hard drives to make sure?

Why would they terminate your server if your server is getting hacked? Or the hacking attempts were originating from your server?

What you are claiming sounds very unreasonable, is there another side to this story perhaps?

If not and is exactly as described, then it does sound to be an unreasonable punishment just because the server was compromised.

Perhaps you can clarify the exact chain of events that happened and what correspondence you had during this event?

of course,even the Data is still on the hard drives,they will not let client to backup it. what they did was to terminate the server.

When I replied with ticket, they just closed the ticket. they did very unreasonable thing.
