and just to let everyone know i didnt send a cent because how much downtime and how slow the server is ..
so there you go,and hope you lal have fun with all your downtime.....
and if you read his forums he says no one has to pay for the downtime... so i wont deal with his servers and him and how he acks .

But, a couple of things. First, Travis does not hide the fact that he is a kid and still in school. You can go to his forums anytime and see the repeated problems and excuses. There are also many posts here regarding his erratic behavior and admitted anger management issues. Travis is what he is and anyone who hosts with him should not be surprised at the problems.

Second, you have lowered your own behavior to the level of his. Let's see: you have failed to pay and you have posted the post you copied here into his forum as well. Travis obviously did a poor job billing and he did post a warning in the forum regarding upcoming suspensions.

Although I would never treat customers as Travis does or provide the lack of service he does (and wouldn't have done either even as a teenager which he is), I would also not tolerate the combination of your failure to pay and your posts. If you felt you were due money back, you should have paid and requested the refund, or at least made prior arrangements.

Again, I am in no way defending Travis, but I can't come running to support you either. Frankly, it sounds just like two children who both need to grow up.
