Sounds good!

It depends on your need, if you think you might need the 1GB burst in case of extra traffic/load you may want to explore OpenVZ..

With XEN you get better performance because its true virtual dedicated server, not just a "jailed" account and your processes will not be killed off in the same way as on an OpenVZ when you hit that certain memory limit.

Personally I prefer XEN

Just make sure you optimize the setup, even with nginx+php-fpm setup you can experience heavy RAM usage if you do not optimize the PHP configuration properly (e.g. too many PHP children)

yeah, i will install nginx - phpfpm - sql and ram usage is 30mb

512mb ram is too much for me
