I wanted to start this thread to get some feed back and to generate some leads for some work. I want to offer email chat and pre-emptive support(call back to web hosting as well as ISP customers as an indepenadant contractor . I would eventually want to have a business where by I employed others


These are some example rates I would charge

chat = 4.00 and 6.00 $ Can per hour
email=1.50 per email
call back support =negotiable

I would like to negotiate with people as to what they would want . The above is just examples

I have a three year advanced diploma in information systems . I have experiance in red hat linux 7.1 through to 8 and have been doing isp tech support for over three years where I worked in the web hosting que.

So guys what do you think

i think the last version of linux is 2.4.x unless you count the 2.5.x dev tree in

Sorry . I forgot to write down red hed linux. duhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Its the only version of linux I have used and know in my tiny little wolrd
