I am planning to allow direct link downloads to users from my server.
I am going to restrict it by adding - user and pwd protection via cpanel file protection
but I am worried about the remote upload of the sites such as rapidshare which could overcome the login restrictions with inserting login details to the file link,
how can I prevent sites from remote uploading our files ? I don't mind if users want to download and upload them but we have real problem in remote uploading - as my crew take lots of effort to upload the stuff, just to see their efforts go in vain b'coz of such features
can any one suggest a method through which I could do the same ?
