*** This was resolved on same day, there was an IP conflict, I was assigned a new IP on the same day.
31 October 2009 - [Ticket ID: 438506] Server seems down
*** Resolved same day -> "Looks like the power cable slipped"
9 January 2010 - Serverminds ANNOUNCEMENT: Pending shutdown and of all dedicated server customers SOON! PLEASE READ!
9 January 2010 - Serverminds shutdown UPDATE - PLEASE READ!
11 January 2010 - Serverminds UPDATE - PENDING SALE - SHUTDOWN *NOT* HAPPENING TONIGHT! PLEASE READ!
*** So... this was when ServerMinds told everyone that they had 72 hours to move stuff off the servers before the DC was going to take away their internet connection

*** "Dear Clients, We are experiencing some network difficulties at the moment. This outage is affecting ALL servers in the enterprise."

16 May 2010 - Confusion about server move
*** I was told that the service would be shut down in 2 days - "There seems to be some confusion about the shutdown of our sacramento services. All services in Sacramento will be shutdown in 48 hours from now." - 48 hours later, nothing had happened.
7 June 2010 - Cancellation Request Confirmation
*** I requested cancellation via their portal - "This email is to confirm that we have received your cancellation request for the service listed below. Product/Service: ServerMinds Dedicated Server"
1 July 2010 - Customer Invoice
*** Somewhat confused, invoicing me for product that they had received cancellation instructions on.
3 July 2010 - [#RXD-817618]: Contact Form: Cancelled my product and is still getting billed.
*** Went to their contact form and filed a pre-sales ticket, since the support ticket system gave an error with a php error.

The service is actually offline at the moment, I think it went down sometime in June, I stopped following it after as I had migrated everything off it.
