Hi,

Does anyone of you uses the server vps dmehosting DC France?
I ordered the vps, was activated immediately after payment, but the network does not work, the server does not ping. I did reboot, reinstall, and then there is no communication with the server. Or do you have a problem? Support is not responsible for the ticket.

I have no idea why they still accept payment for France location, they are unable to connect OVHs VLAN with there hypervm/openvz.
OVH doesn't answer there support tickets and by me it seems it will not be go up any time soon, I have been waiting myself for them to fix this, but 5 days of waiting was for nothing, today I just moved to another location on there network.

You should open a ticket to get a new location or request a refund as I doubt they will be able to configure it any time soon as OVH is in no rush to help them.

I think you should try contacting them to know what happened. And if they are not responding to your tickets then I think it's time to get the refund and move on with another.

depends me on Europe DC, i cant move my vps to USA DC

maybe time to perform a search and Research before actually buying a hosting plan from anyone [no offence...].

Yes i think we all need a little research on hosting companies b4 we jump on them, i actually had wanted to go with DME but for yahoo alert that i set up that has been bringing lots of their name mentions to my bo i would 've got gagged up with them with the litle resource i'm bringing to the table. Though it may be that things just started getting bad or just got bad 4 some time thy may be able to come up soon, but who knows when?
