We are looking for technical support agents of any level, agents will get paid per ticket or per live chat.
Basic Position Outline:
* Be online at least 8hour per day
* Able to monitoring servers
* Familiar with Centos5/RedHat servers
* Familiar with all aspects of cPanel/WHM
* Able to help with some issue with WordPress, Vbulletin, phpBB and similar client script.
* Need to speak fluently English and French is a PLUS
* Must have a good knowledge of the web hosting industry, all of our services, and hardware specifications and to be quite fluent in english.
* Most be 18 years of age and be able to spend at least 4 Hours daily on our Live Chat system.
Pay per ticket and per live chat (long term salary possible)
