Hi,

I am looking for an above-board way to sell bits of space within a virtual account to some of my associates. These people don't need a full account, and quite probably wouldn't know what to do with one in some cases. My current host understandably doesn't permit this. Is there a way, other than reselling, to accomplish this? I guess I'm asking if there is a good (and you know what I mean by "good") host that allows this within a shared server? It isn't a for-profit thing....just to cover our expenses and hopefully get in line to move to dedicated in the nearish future.

Thank you!

If you find a host that has sub-domains and lets you resell space on your server it should work.

random max,

please turn your email option on since other that in advertising forum, hosts can't reply to your question by posting directly here (violation to the rules). So two options for you:

1. Turn on your email option so that hosts can email you regarding their offer.
2. Ask the moderators to move your post to the adverstising/offer forum so that hosts can reply directly to your post.

cheers,

Well, I guess I'm asking for a recommendation, rather than being a marketing target. I see what you both are suggesting :-)
