100 sites to move

i have around 100 sites hosted on a dedicated server, and i currently have many problems with my hosting company.

i usually pay for one year in advance and i am currently looking to moove to a new host

my max budget is around 200-230 us dollars
looking for:

Fully managed / monitored server with whm/unlimited cpanel licenses
server free migration
core 2 quad 2.4 or higher
2x 250 gb or higher
4 gb of ram
high level of support

i am currently looking into hostgator but the price is a little high for me especially that their 20% coupon is only valid one month: i am looking into the elite dedicated server.http://www.hostgator.com/dedicated.shtml

i have serveral sites with around 5000 uniques daily each

i am looking for full support with high reliability monitored server with quick support

what company do you advise me to go with?

thanks
jimmy

WiredTree could meet your Budget and they have fully managed services.

I do not and can not recommend HostGator or any companies like them (1 & 1, Godaddy, Etc)

From personal experience, I would recommend Futurehosting, great company. Their service and support are simply excellent.

so i understand that they dedicate all their support for shared hosting or you think that they aren't that great company?
i tried to get a 20 percent discount over a year but the sales departments doesn't care... even when i told them that i want to move also a small vps with 5 sites on it.

Hostgator has great reputation and would probably fit your bill, but I think you would be better off with a company like wiredtree, future hosting, liquid web, or limestone. They all have great support and pricing to boot. As far as 1 & 1 great company, had dedicated box with them for 5 years with little or no problems. But the main draw back with 1 & 1 is they limit you to only 8 dedicated ip address and will not make any exception, plus they used plesk as their control panel and they be more of challenge to migrate 100 site from cpanel to plesk. I would stick with cpanel, the migration is flawless.

are you sure these companies fit my budget, i have been surfing around for the last two days and have visited wiredtree, future hosting, liquid web & limestone wich one is oldest and more reliable... i have been with my current host for the last 5 years but after 18 hours downtime (today) i decided to move away.
so i need to be sure

thanks

To note, we are not a manager provider. We recommend our clients, if they are in need of management services, to purchase management from Platinum Server Management. http://www.platinumservermanagement.com/

this might be a solution for me also going with another company that fully manges the server.

It's not that they dedicated all their support to a certain service, Its the fact that you are not going to get out-of-the-way help from a larger company, Versus going with a smaller/medium company who is willing to go out of their way to satisfy you, A larger company on the other hand is not going to take their time to help you in an situation that does not concern them in the slightest why? Because they are not going to fret over (1) customer.
