I noticed that, at least 3-4 big outages. Have a customer launching a big campaign today using twitter's API - bad timing.

I wonder if they'll credit me for my 8 hours of no internet access on my phone =P

Doubt it. I had no internet/phone capabilities for 8 hours or so a few months back and didn't get a single credit. They pretty much said I was SOL. :/
