Yeah, it seems like some sort of DNS problem if you can't see it but your friends can. Try restarting your modem and PC. If that doesn't work you could try a flushdns (google it for more info) and if that doesn't work you'll just have to wait

Use Open DNS or go to start >> all programs >> accessories >> run >> type in cmd >> type in ipconfig /flushdns
If on Vista or 7, start >> all programs >> accessories >> right click run >> Run as Administrator >> type in cmd >> type in ipconfig /flushdns
That is if your on Windows.

For Mac
Go to Applications. -> Go to Utilities. -> Open the Terminal application. -> Type: dscacheutil -flushcache -> Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed.

Well glad everyone else can see it which mean's you installed it correctly :-)
Your issue is simply a Old Cache but you allready cleared cookie's and flushed dns with no luck :-( What you should do is let dns kick in and just relax and visit the site on a proxy so you also see that it is live or contact your isp!

Can you post the link to your site? It would be nice to have a link to it so we can see if we are having problems with it as well.

May I ask what you plan to use WHMCS for? It's possible its an ISP based issue. Also just curious do you have root access to the server that your using.

If I am honest the Google DNS seems like a better option. Although it gives you the "Google are stalking me feeling" it doesn't have awful redirects like OpenDNS.
