I've gotten my hosting account with Dashinghost for almost a week already. And I really have to say, they're great right from the start. Before I signed up, I sent in a pre-signup support ticket and asked a few questions. The ticket was replied in half an hour, which was pretty fast to me. I asked for a 48hour free trial account before I submit any card details to them, and yes, they agreed to it and gave me a coupon for my 48 hour trial account. After I signed up for the trial account, everything went well. 2 days later, I was sent an invoice with a 50% first billing invoice discount as I've mentioned a coupon found in WHT. So I paid $5.63 instead of the usual $11.25 (I'm paying quarterly for their Emerald plan).

Though their shared accounts are all placed onto only one server as they don't have much shared hosting account clients, but the performance and quality of the site is pretty good. Server load never went above 1.00 (Screenshot attached).

And one other thing, I've requested for them to refund the $5.63 back onto my debit card because I decided to pay with Paypal, and I could actually use that $5.63 on my card for some other purposes. I submitted a ticket for this, and they agreed. (Screenshot attached).

Price/Affability: 4.5/5
Features/Server speed: 5/5
Support: 4/5 (no live chat available. Quick respond times on tickets though)
Overall: 4.5/5

DashingHost is really a recommended host for anyone that is looking for a shared account host with excellent server performance and support

I do find it interesting that dashinghost replied within 30 minutes of the post and the member reported the domain to mods without ever posting before.

What exactly attracted you to this company?

I also feel this review is a little sketchy, something isn't right

A week really cannot be classed as a review as it is very short time, I'd recommend coming back after 3 months and posting another as this one I believe cannot be justified as a review based on your timing with the company...

I can't remember actually. I think I initially found it on Google. I've been browsing for web hosts on the site until I decided to signup and post this review on Dashinghost.

Yes sure. Posted this review because they've given me a good first impression of their site/support(based on my pre-signup questions) . But anyway, more to come in months' time!

Personally, as long as the amount of experience is clearly stated so that a reader can give it proper weight, I have no problem with a review.
