I'm looking for a good provider that has very fast connections, that is outside the united states, not in germany, or the united kingdom, that has decent prices around $60-80?

You want a server that's outside the United States but NOT located in Germany or the United Kingdom. Where exactly would you like the server? Is there a specific country? Canada? What sort of server specifications are you looking for and will you need a control panel?

hey .. i am in need for the same..
got a budget or 100-150$ need offshore away from US
need to host movie sites..
any one suggest a good one.. need quad core with 4gb 2000 bandwidth to start with ..
i thot or worldstream nl .. but didnt have much good reviews.

There are a lot companies in Europe that can handle your request for 100-150 usd. The thing is if the movie sites. Most companies within the EU will shut you down for copyright after a complaint. So if you do not have the rights, you should check outside the EU.

Excluding Germany or the United Kingdom, that still leaves 25 other member countries in the European Community that you have not considered . If you were a little more specific on your desired location and hosting requirements, I am sure someoneone here will be able to help.

Enough providers available who can offer it, but the budget is pretty tight, don't expect too much for it.
Most providers will be able to offer you a nice dual core or an Atom for the price you have in mind.
