By far they are the worst companies that offer hosting. Before I go on about this company I would like to tell everyone that I am not someone that is trying to put down this company by any means, all I am here is to tell the honest truth about this company and how they run their dirty business.

http://www.datastreamusa.com and is own by Gregory P. Agri or Greg Agri. Yes thats right they are by far one of the worst companies I have ever delt with in my entire life. Continuous downtime, ZERO SUPPORT, rude owner and much more. Go ahead and look at their site right now its down, yes what a suprise. Datastream USA is bad. Hostvox or data stream usa or datastreamusa is really bad.
I have been with that company for about 2 years and I should have left in the beginning. I can say about every month there would be atleast 5-10 if not more downtime to that company. Now I don't know how is 'other' customers contact him and tell him whats going on but he has zero support. There isnt any point in email his support at
admin@hostvox.com or
admin@datastreamusa.com because he wont answer you. He pretends he owns some huge company in northern california and that "he does not answer customer problems" through email. You just have to "deal with it". RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!
What angers me the most is this past month. He demanded I send him a check because I didn't send him payment for the previous months. (thats how high tech he is, he even forgets to collect his money from his customers). Long story short he got my check that he requested and threaten if I don't pay he will shutdown my account. Remember this was about June 29th and still to this day I should have that 30-day money back gaurantee valid. But know he didnt even return one penny for all the downtime I had since.
Just this past month he told me he was selling his company to another company and that they trashed all his customers and thats why the downtime came. OK buddy, why the heck do you do that and dont inform your customers that you are selling your hosting company? That just goes to show you that you are desperate to sell your company because you cant handle running it.
To my suprise I log into my site and notice nothing is there. Log in my ftp and doesnt work. Then I emailed and got no response and kept calling his so called "company phone number" and did not recieve a response for 4 days!!!!! His phone number (916) 792-5965 is his cell phone for crying out loud, thats how sad it is. Till one day I called and out of luck he answered, and I asked why is my site down, he told me "the other company deleted all your files". By then I was furious. I had a old backup of last month, but I put LOTS of new info and pictures on my site since then and ALL OF IT WAS GONE. HISTORY!

To sum it all up, he didn't give my money back (a check of $150 dollars, I know bad mistake really bad mistake) even though he has a 30 day money back gaurantee on his site, he has continous downtime, he wants to sell his company, he has no support, the only support is him because there is really no 'company' you call the business line and it transfers to his cell.

Please note again I am not trying to talk bad about this company, I am just telling the truth and my personal experience that I had to go through them. And just to inform other people who are searching for a hosting company the truth about this company and that they dont have to go through what a bad experience I had to go through. Search webhostingtalk.com and you will see that others have the same view about this company as I do. Just goes to show you what a crook he is.
People like him and companies like that make me wonder why they are still in the business. Let him keep my money that I worked hard for, he is a croock and should be man enough to say sorry for all this trouble I caused you. You know what Greg keep the money I hope you enjoy stealing money from hard working Americans.
