Hello,

You were attempting to create a VM during one of our maintenance periods. All services have been since restored and we handled the creation of your machine personally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I went from shared hosting to vps hosting with the same result, my wordpress websites did not work well. With some hosts I had plenty of memory but I would run out of cpu. With other hosts I had enough cpu, but memory was used up.Then I found cloud hosting with its scalability.

After reading SABGamer's review of GigeNet Cloud and doing research on the other cloud providers I knew it was GigeNet or none because of cost.

It seems I have a knack for joining a new host when they have a current problem. I had trouble creating and keeping a vm online because they were in and out of maintenance mode.
At the time I thought I had another unreliable host.

Now it seems everything is fine. My current vm is humming along and my humble wordpress sites have the resources they need. It is easy to change resources and get just the right size vm for your needs. I used the top command in SSH to watch the resource use. By this method I was able to readjust my vm until I had just the right resources and not pay for more than I need.

My last host gave me more resources than I am currently using on GigeNet but the vps was very sluggish and frustrating to use. My current vm is responsive and fast. Support is fast, no ticket took longer than 10 min. to answer.
