Hello,
I have an affiliate system in my company where I use only flash banners, but I see we have few clicks and I am concerned is because many people use applications such as Adblock.
You think that would be better to use gif banners only?
Thanks.

If the ad banners are not of long movies (i.e. not too much movements) then I would suggest you use .gif
Personally on sites I have, I avoid to add flash banners and look for .gif ones if there are any.

I think it's better to use gif just in case people used add-ons like FlashBlock and etc.

.gif should be good to go.
In some countries with low speed internet access, their users will suffering to download flash contents with big size/movie animation

You can turn your flash documents into .gif files
In any case, I'm sure most would agree that .gif is the way to go

.gif - especially now that ipad and other mobile browsers increase (that dont support flash)... I woulndt worry too much about not having many clicks though - this isnt unusual.
