How are you logging into webmail? Are you going through cPanel and then clicking the webmail link, or are you opening webmail directly? When you do log into webmail, do you enter a full email address as the username or just your cPanel username? (Entering just the cPanel username to access webmail can cause behavior like this...)

Just for curiosity, what happens if you try to send the same email via RoundCube or SquirrelMail? Does it also bounce back with sender verification failed?

Log into Horde, click on Options at the top, Personal Information. Does everything look correct there? We're trying to find where the www.example.com@example.com address is coming from.

Oh yes, I have asked to our host & they found this thing as wrote by Patrick

It turns out that the From address that you set in Horde was causing the problem. It's now been set to:

    info@example.com

    Everything should be fine now.

Thanks Patrick for giving right solution to this
