I have been research the Varnish and other HTTP accelerators and have a mixed feeling about using them.
PHP accelerators definitely worth it, but how about HTTP accelerators and what kind of positive/negative consequences I may expect from its usage?

Varnish requires a lot of tweaks and tuning and isnt something you may implement out of the box on live production server.
Thats my opinion.
