Could some one of the experts tell me (recomend) one of the service that locate in Japan and its not expensive? Its price difference big in Japan vs Europe or USA?

Do you mean international traffic to and from Japan? Bandwidth *in* Japan has been extremely cheap ime.

Try south Korea for VPS or general hosting. Even Japanese host their website in Korea these days because it is cheaper and fast enough.

I've been with them for over a year with a dedicated server. But since it's more than what I need I will go with a VPS there instead.

My experience is they are quick. Their server technology is about standard but they have a backbone that goes the distance:
