Does anybody host on their servers erotic/pornograpy pictures?

Porn is also mentioned on http://www.hosteurope.de/content/All...ftsbedingungen but Google didn't do a very good job at translating so you'll need to find a German speaker to translate for you if you can't read German.

Here, me

§4 (1) says that you cannot host Pornography on shared webspaces (also no Erotic, or naked pictures, everything that is near pornography)

But, §4 (2) says that §4 (1) does not apply for Colocated and Dedicated Servers, therefore you can host pornography there.

(2) Die in § 4 Absatz 1 Satz 2 (Pornographie/Erotik) getroffene Regelung gilt nicht für Server, die dem Kunden zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen (dedicated bzw. co-located Server).

The in §4 (1) Sentence 2 mentioned rules do not apply for Server where the Customer is the only one that Controls it (Dedicated and colo-cated Servers)

hehe, i asked support and they told me that i can on vps host adult

"On our virtual and dedicated server windows and linux, they can also publish adult content."

sorry to dig old thread but i reached this page in google search for term "hetzner adult" as per their new TOS they do not allow even legal adult on their servers,same has been confirmed by their support department.

How can they provide adult of they don't allow legal adult on their servers I wonder?

I reported one guy who host adult site on hetzner. Hetzner didn't shut down that site they told me 'they will contact that person'. After 2years site is still alive and works fine on hetzner servers.

I do not know every single abuse/support case from the last 2 years, but I know we cancle contracts/servers due to adult content. Please do not host any adult content with us - thank you.

Please do not host adult content with us.
