Looking To Hire: Level 3 Admin
Hello everyone! We are looking to just one admin at this time
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years experience as a Linux Systems Administrator
· Extensive knowledge with XEN, OpenVZ, Linux, cPanel/WHM, DNS, Virtualizations, System Configurations and Setups
· Should be familiar with SolusVM, and Windows Server Platforms
· Ability to meet response time guarantees and show up for shifts
· Strong English writing skills (If we sense this being an issue for you, your application will be voided)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an admin that can oversee our support team. So you will be working with them directly to ensure issues are resolved. You will be mainly managing our nodes based off XEN, and OpenVZ which uses SolusVM as a control panel. Your normal day will be to answer client tickets and provide live chat support.
Person we hire would need to work this shift:
12:00 PM EST - 9:00 PM EST atleast 5 days a week.
Pay Compensation:
· $0.75 level 1 + 2 tickets + chats
· $1.50 for level 3 tickets + chats that go over 45 minutes
· BONUS: Any tickets answered in under 10 minutes you get an extra $0.25

Ryan, you may need to clarify this as people may have the same questions as I do.
The L3 admin will be overseeing and working with your support team, managing your nodes, having a fixed 9 hours/day shift (45 hours/week), but will only be compensated when he/she answers a support ticket/live chats? Each issue they do, whether its a clients ticket or not the tech is logged for their work based off the pricing we listed. If they fix a node issue, they could be paid $1.50 for fixing that issue.
