I hosted my adult site with http://www.hostpro.com in the past. They have excellent features. I was hosting with 20 GB/mo for 40$.

Currently, I'm hosting my adult site with Tera-Byte.com. I pay $9.25 for 20 GB, 99 MB, but it's on Linux.

They do not allow hosting on their shared virtual accounts as far as I know.
