Hi,
When a client takes a backup of their account from the cpanel backup tool, it seems to take forever and eventually it shows [timeout, failed].
In the process list, I see:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/cpuwatch 7.0 /scripts/pkgacct USERNAME /home userbackup (at priority 8)
And:
pkgacct - USERNAME - av: 3 (at priority 19)
There are several of these.. where the user is trying to generate full backups. It is a busy server, and high load spikes may be causing it, but it never used to timeout and fail. Is there anyway you could make the backups process quicker and stop them from failing? Thanks in advance.
