I Have problem with multi-server FMS setup.
For example I have 3 servers (3x100mbit).
I want "merge" it into 1
I want to do one FMS URL (in FMLE).

How to i can do it?

Ah, ok.

You probably want to look into a hardware load balancer with sticky sessions, or ip hashing.

You point everything at the public ip on the front side of the load balancer and the load balancer decides which real server is going to get the connection.
