Do the following, login to the server and rename the .cpanel directory

    /home/kvermai/.cpanel /home/kvermai/.cpanel_bak
Logout of cPanel and re-login again. It will generate the .cpanel directory again.

BTW, make sure the user is not over quota.

Considering the fact that so many people here on webhostingtalk help you with your various issues everyday, it is good to provide the solution rather than just stating you have solved the issue yourself.

Yeah that's true that so many people are here to help others that's Good & that's why i am here since 2 years

I just created missing directory .cpanel & chmod to 755 that's it.

However i would like to ask how to change owner/group to 733 99

Check attached snapshot for further clarification

I am seeing this in FileZilla FTP client
    Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails owner-group.JPG

Login to the server and change the ownership using chown command and btw, the directory permission is 700

    chown username.username /home/username/.cpanel -R
    chmod 700 /home/username/.cpanel
