FTP password is not working
Hi
FTP password is not working after changing the password & also cPanel giving following error after logged into cPanel
PHP Code:[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

Seem's like an error with cPanel.. Do you have root access?

I got following output

I apologize, i included an s by accident use this tail /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

However, FTP is working fine now

other existing cPanel domains are working fine without any issue.

Do the following, login to the server and rename the .cpanel directory
/home/kvermai/.cpanel /home/kvermai/.cpanel_bak
BTW, make sure the user is not over quota.| LinuxHostingSupport.net

I have already checked the directory .cPanel & it wasn't there, So i have manually created
but still same error is coming

Yeah that's true that so many people are here to help others that's Good & that's why i am here since 2 years
I just created missing directory .cpanel & chmod to 755 that's it.
However i would like to ask how to change owner/group to 733 99
Check attached snapshot for further clarification
I am seeing this in FileZilla FTP client

Login to the server and change the ownership using chown command and btw, the directory permission is 700
chown username.username /home/username/.cpanel -R
chmod 700 /home/username/.cpanel| LinuxHostingSupport.net
