Public Holiday at LicensePal

Hello,

I am just curious is LicensePal having a party, are they on holidays, is it a public holiday in their region or am I missing something that no one is telling me?

I have submitted a ticket to their billing staff, I have ordered a WHMCS license and no one seems to want to respond

I am happy to wait on the time but I was browsing their site and the license that I ordered is done manually, sure I mean that is not a concern to me but when I read it off their site it stated a 'few hours' not 10hrs.

Wow, I think I have just hit a brick wall and are now paranoid that it is going to be longer - in the sense of a holiday.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

There is no number on-site or through WHOIS, I did read monthly licenses are automatic but others are manually done - just did not realise it would take this long, would of been happy to go straight to the seller.

Wait is that a number on the WHOIS, totally hidden from first glance?

What do you know, not available!

Sean,

My impression of a "few hours" is up to 24 hours. I would give LicensePal & Jay some time. I'm sure you'll get your license soon enough. Plus, I don't expect a business such as LicensePal to have staff 24/7.

Exactly - being that licenses are never an emergency I wouldn't be upset waiting 24 hours myself.

I mean... if it is an emergency you could always spend the $15 and get a monthly license instantly until they get back to you with whatever one you ordered.
