Time to time we are getting requests for VoIP dedicated servers. While hardware is not a problem we don't have enough knowledge inhouse to offer software config and the rest VoIP related stuff. If anybody could post a link or any other info about somebody who can help us out with that, will be great.

linux or windows based? Asterisk is popular for the linux and there are guis available like Trixbox to make the configuration easier. FreeSWITCH is also evolving in this market place (Linux/Windows). Voip-info.org has a list of consultants for Asterisk. Probably can find someone local to you that is experienced with it too. You could also post on the project's mailing list (asterisk-biz or freeswitch-users) asking for assistance and someone will chime in. Depending on how involved you want to go with the offering would depend what level of experience is needed.

Also tends that providers of services like this try to also partner up with ITSPs that have good connectivity to their facility.
