Man am I mad! Someone just canceled an order from my other business, a total of $114! Now that isn`t that much but I was never notified by the customer or revecom about the dispute until I received the chargeback notice! I told revecom that he even threatened to do a charge back, he said this about 3 days after we shipped his stuff, all revecom said was, "Do you have a receipt?". I have a delivery confirmation from the post office but that is it, and I can`t even find that right now! Looks like I`m screwed. Oh well, lesson learned. I`ll just start sending big orders with signature delivery confirmation.
