i am seeking suggestions / advices about a VPN service business

i want to make business like strongvpn.com for example

is there a management tools for that? create/del/view users/usage stuff like that?

what i need to be sure about in my linux server[s]?

also if there is a proxy script which allows every web contents like secure-tunnel.com which users can login in my webpage and surf the web allowing everythings in the web without setting up the proxy settings in the browser
