Is it just me or anyone else experiencing the same?

I noticed today when I tried accessing WHT forum, the pages were loaded so slow and when I saw in the browser's status bar, it stuck in (read/waiting for) cdn.webhostingtalk.com.

I then tried to ping that sub-domain address and I get some RTO (Request Time Out) replies.
Any idea about this issue? what is that cdn sub-domain address exactly?

Thanks in advanced to WHT Admin/mods to explain it.

CDN: content delivery network. Images, banners and so on.
I don't know the cause, but also saw some slowness last night.
