right now im paying $130 for 8gb ram and 2TB of bandwith

i dont even use all of the resources, so looking for something like 4gb ram and 200gb of bandwith....

any suggestions ?

$130 is already very low, you won't really find anything much cheaper, at least not worth the decrease vs performance loss.

It would depend on what type of server he is running on, If he has a Pentium with 8GB RAM then 130$ is about right.

What kind of cpu specs you have now? Is control panel included already with that price?
