does anyone have any recommendation for cheap vps from various location for private proxies. the budget is 15 dollars and below

at least an 256 ram and bandwidth of 300 to 400 gb at least. i'll also be glad if i'm allowed to have 10 or more ips per vps

for 10IPs you need to pay Extra $10 or $20

but 256MB RAM is not useful(i am experienced) and every time you get error like "out of memory"

yup i'm willing to pay for the additional ips when i mean by 10 or more. i just some recommendations maybe of ram 512 and 400gb and above bandwidth as its hard to find in the hosting offers.

no legitamite host will permit 10 or more ips on a vps with some serious justification which from previous patterns. vpn is not a legitamite reason.

not really i'll need some for my sites and ssl. after which it will be for proxies

If you will not hold LAMP stack on the server, I think 256 is OK.
But what kind of Proxy should it be ? Socks, HTTP, other ?
