I need to email users of a site from time to time, I can only send 60 emails per hour as per my email provider.

This is done to prevent spam and what not.

Is there any add-on for like outlook to send 1 email per minute or somehow batch it?

I would use a script like phpList to mail out to a list and throttle it.

I don't know of any way to throttle through Outlook but it may be possible.

I use phplist, works great but I don't have that throttling problem... I email 50,000+ (opt-in, not spam) without incident
