It depends on the package in relation to the amount of customers on a physical node. For example, a customer with a vz256 doesn't share the same physical node as a customer with the vz2048 package. We leave about 25%-30% of the resources on each physical node available at all times.

I don't see that package listed anywhere. Also I haven't been able to find any reviews for your company.

So lets take your Premium Plan for example, how many people would share a server with that plan?

I do apologize, for some reason I was talking about the VPS packages. On our shared hosting we generally utilize about 50-60% of the server leaving plenty of resources. The amount of sites vary, generally this runs between 50-60 sites per server. Our platform scales really well so we don't need to put hundreds or thousands of customers on a server.

We have been in business since 2003 offering voice and colocation in downtown Columbus, OH. We've been doing hosting in the Columbus area but just recently built out our platform for expansion into other markets and demographics. Also, does that "life" discount apply if you change hosting plans? Say for example you start with shared hosting, then upgrade to VPS.
